Posting Strategy

Rule: Only post vehicles the dashboard marks POST TODAY or BOOST TODAY. Do not waste time posting TEST or SKIP vehicles.

Reposting Strategy

Goal: Keep listings active. Facebook buries old posts. Repost every 3–5 days on anything that hasn't sold.

Facebook Groups

Groups multiply reach for free. A vehicle posted to Marketplace + 3 groups gets 3–4× more eyes.

Lead Conversion — Text First

Rule: Always respond by text first, not a call. Buyers on Marketplace expect text. A cold call kills the lead.

Facebook Listing Strategy

Goal: Facebook Marketplace is used to generate initial interest and start conversations with buyers. Keep the listing focused on the vehicle itself to maximize inbound messages and capture leads early.

Daily Workflow

Goal: 30 minutes of posting in the morning generates most of your leads. The rest is follow-up.

8:00 AM
Open dashboard. Check new inventory sync. Note any new POST TODAY vehicles.
8:15 AM
Post 5–10 vehicles from the top of the POST TODAY list. Use extension to auto-fill.
8:45 AM
Share to 2–3 Facebook groups. Top SUVs and trucks only.
9:00 AM
Respond to all messages from the previous evening and overnight. Text first.
Throughout day
Respond within 5 minutes to any new messages. Set phone to notify.
4:00 PM
Repost anything stale (5+ days old, no messages). Delete old → repost fresh.
4:30 PM
Use Customer Discovery (dashboard button) to match incoming leads to inventory.
